Application for Hall or Room Use

The Pass It On Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a safe environment for 12 Step activities. Because we are a completely volunteer organization we are limited to what can be offered for special events. The club is open from 7am to I0 pm 365 days a year, any event or meeting must take place during this time period unless
a special arrangement is made with the board of directors. If you are planning to use the hall or a room for your event, please review and complete the application.
